As we work toward fully automating the new hire process, it is essential that all New Hires are entered into the form below. Doing so ensures that we capture the preliminary information needed to carry out the next steps with accuracy, efficiency, and thoroughness.

New Hire Creation

Here is where you will create your New Hire. This information is pulled from the This needs to be done immediately following their hire and should also be done prior to their first day of work. This allows the contractor to be added to the system and for the automation to be applied within the allotted time. Failure to do so can cause delays in the hire being created and added to orientation and training.

When creating a new hire, you must ensure that the following details are accurate. Confirm spelling on all names. Please utilize one of the following Job Titles using the exact spelling without abbreviations.

  • Collections Agent I

  • Collections Agent II

  • Collections Agent III

  • Office Admin

  • Agent Lead

Please confirm all information in the New Hire Notification Spreadsheet prior to inputting the information into the form below. New Hire emails MUST BE entered accurately to avoid any delays.
